Yogi and Nirmala had always dreamt of a school with a difference. Their dream was not any run-of-the-mill school but one where learning is fun and life, an adventure. Out of this dream emerged Hemkhail in July 2001. It is a school where children grow young – without fear or inhibition. The essential philosophy at Hemkhail is that life is an adventure to be lived – and every second and every experience counts.
